Shipping
All deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We understand some addresses utilize community mailboxes. Such orders will be verified via phone.

We ship ALL orders with signature confirmation and tracking - NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you feel you need to have insurance, please contact us at [email protected]

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

We urge all customers to inspect their packages for damages and tampering before receiving and signing for receipt.

All orders can be tracked online using either USPS.com or UPS.com.  The tracking number will be provided via email after the order is shipped.  You can also go online to check the status of your order and track it.

USPS leaves a notice when no one is available to accept the delivery.  You will have to call USPS to request a redelivery or go to your local USPS location to pickup the package.  We are not responsible for contacting USPS to make re-deliveries.




International Shipping:

All international orders must be paid via Verified Credit Card,  Cashiers Checks or Money Orders. This is to alleviate many of the issues and delays that we've experienced while trying to verify international credit cards.

NOTE: Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

 

Exchange/ Returns /Cancelations:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with the product that you receive from us, as we only sell high quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition which have not been WORN, SCRATCHED or WASHED.

If you wish to CANCEL the order after you placed we will try our best and stop the shipment process.



You may EXCHANGE or RETURN merchandise by mail within 30 DAYS  of receipt of purchase. You will receive a refund LESS shipping if applicable. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange.  Your feedback is very important to us!


Once your package has been received, your return/exchange will be processed within 5-8 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when we've received your return/exchange

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
